Tom Wyczawski, Operations Performance Leader (Mid-Atlantic Region)

Operations Performance Leader (Mid-Atlantic Region) Tom brings over 25 years experience in delivering results to both chain and individual restaurants in business management, restaurant operations, kitchen design and industrial engineering. Tom has worked for and with many fortune 500 companies including stints as Chief Operating Officer for Dunkin Donuts, Co-Founder and President of Strategic Restaurant Engineering, Inc., and Systems Engineering Manager for Taco Bell Corporation (PepsiCo). Throughout his career, Tom has consistently been able to deliver improved operations productivity, sales growth and improved profitability with major foodservice brands including Taco Bell, Dunkin’ Donuts, Jack in the Box, Starbucks Coffee, El Pollo Loco, Universal Studios Food Service, and Disney World Food Service to name a few.

As a renowned restaurant engineering expert, Tom has been published in many articles including Maynard’s Industrial Handbook, “Facilities Planning and Labor Management in the Food Service Industry”.

Tom holds a BA from University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
